Terms of service

By using the website or services of GCMS WORLD, you implicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All the information is obtained from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) under the Access to Information and Privacy Act of Canada. GCMS WORLD is a 3rd party website, offering these services and has no affiliation to any Canadian Government Agency in any form or manner.
  • The information provided by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or / Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) will be forwarded to the user as received from IRCC/CBSA without any type of concealment, modification, changes or omissions. The personal information of the user collected during the order, the consent form received from the user and GCMS notes received from IRCC/CBSA, will be deleted from our servers, after 30 days from the successful delivery of the GCMS notes to the user.
  • All the user’s information will be collected and stored in a secure manner and by following the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Upon the successful transfer of the electronic or paper files to you, the files are destroyed/deleted after 30 days to protect your privacy. Other steps taken to ensure safety of user data:
    -The email service from google is used to keep the database secure.
    -The website is SSL secure.
    -Secure payment gateway is used to collect payment.

  • Secured payment gateways are used for the processing of payments. All the payments are subject to realization and the user is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways and providers used on our website. 
    If you are unable to make a payment with any of the available options, we would be happy to accommodate your needs by offering wire transfer or any other modes of payment as per your convenience and request.
  • The timeline indicated next to each service is only a suggestive timeline. Service delivery within the same timeline is not guaranteed as we have no control over when the request is fulfilled by the concerned authority. In case of a delay, we will contact the concerned authority and try to get the request fulfilled as soon as possible. Majority of the service requests are fulfilled in the suggestive timeline.
  • All transactions are non-refundable.
    In any case of a delay or refusal under the law by the concerned authority, to whom the request was submitted, we will not be liable to issue a refund.
  • By completing the payment and using the Review service for GCMS Notes, you agree to give us the consent to access your GCMS Notes.
  • We at GCMSWORLD are here to assist you in obtaining information from the Canadian Agencies and will strive to accommodate your requests and process them as fast as possible. If a dispute arises out of, or in connection with this Contract, the parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or other appropriate dispute resolution mechanism before resorting to litigation. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to the laws of Canada. The parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Courts of Canada.
